Haringey Council and developers Far East Consortium are holding a Development Management Forum to publicly present plans for Hornsey Town Hall at 7pm on Monday 10th July at the Earl Haig Hall.
The forum is an official part of the planning consultation process and presents an opportunity for Crouchenders to “interrogate and improve the scheme”.
The proposal covers change of use of the Town Hall to an apart-hotel, the erection of three 7 storey buildings comprising 114 residential units, change of use of the ground floor of Broadway Annex to food and beverage use and “landscaping improvements to the public square and open spaces.”
